Product Overview
The ICAPIA Sapphire PRO is a smart Level 2 EV charger designed for reliable residential charging. Choose 9.6 kW (40A) plug-in or 11.5 kW (48A) hardwired configurations with either NACS or J1772. Sapphire PRO supports connected charging through the ICAPIA EV Charging app, scheduled charging, and RFID or plug-and-charge activation.
Smart Charging
Use the ICAPIA EV Charging app to start and stop charging remotely, schedule charging sessions, and monitor charging activity. Sapphire PRO connects through 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
Flexible Charging
Sapphire PRO is available as a 40A NEMA 14-50 plug-in model delivering up to 9.6 kW or a 48A hardwired model delivering up to 11.5 kW. Both power options are available with NACS or J1772 connectors.
Built-In Safety
Sapphire PRO includes overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, short-circuit, overheating, leakage, and emergency-stop protection.
Easy Installation
Choose the 40A plug-in configuration for a NEMA 14-50 outlet or the 48A hardwired configuration for maximum charging power. Sapphire PRO is designed for wall-mounted installation.
