Depending on which market location your property is in, there are different types of EV charging stations to select from. Our team will help guide you to select the best one.

Host owned means that you would own the EV charging station. You would attain the revenue from the energy usage based on the price that you set for it. ICAPIA owned, or ICAPIA hosted means that we would own and pay for the install of the EV charging stations. You would take part in a portion of the revenue and be adding value to your clients and guests as well without the costs.

You have the option to select and hire an electrician to do the installation. They will need to take ICAPIA’s provided training installation which familiarizes them properly with the stations.

The other option is we can provide contractors that we have partnered with who will be ready for the installation process

Once your station is installed and activated, you will be able to set the price for charging. The revenue will be deposited into your account daily for usage. If you have an EV Cluster you will be able to monitor each station and activity to see their performance.
